IN THE COMMUNITY
Giving back to the community has always been a cornerstone of my mission—both personally and professionally. I am deeply committed to creating equitable spaces and uplifting underrepresented voices, and actively support initiatives focused on mental health, youth empowerment, and the arts.
Whether through mentorship, fundraising, or hands-on volunteering, I believe that true impact begins with showing up and staying engaged. My philanthropic efforts are driven by a desire not just to serve, but to co-create sustainable change with the communities I represent and advocate for.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of serving in roles such as a young diplomat of Canada, a G20 youth delegate speaking on world stages among dignitaries about sustainable development and recognized by the UN and Forbes for my work as one of few recipients of the 2017 and 2018 Humanitarian Awards.
Locally, I spend time volunteering with organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters, Greenpeace, North York Harvest Food Bank, SickKids, the Canadian Red Cross, Fred Victor, the Canadian Cancer Society, Habitat for Humanity, and more.
dream catchers
After dedicating hundreds of hours to charitable organizations both locally and internationally, I was inspired to launch Dream Catchers, a global humanitarian initiative dedicated to addressing one of the most pressing needs in developing communities: access to clean, safe water. Through strategic fundraising efforts, community partnerships, and awareness campaigns, Dream Catchers works to provide sustainable water solutions—primarily through the installation of rain-catchment systems and the construction of water wells.
Our mission extends beyond simply delivering resources; we strive to empower communities by involving them in the process, ensuring that each project is tailored to local needs and built for long-term impact. By reducing the daily burden of collecting water, we aim to improve health outcomes, increase educational opportunities, and strengthen economic stability for families and villages around the world.
feeling outloud
Building on this momentum, I founded and continue to expand Feeling Outloud—
a BIPOC-led movement dedicated to fostering healing, empowerment, and authentic connection through artistic expression and open dialogue. At its core, Feeling Outloud is a safe and inclusive space where individuals, particularly those from underrepresented communities, can share their stories, embrace emotional truth, and connect through creativity.
The movement speaks to the modern-day empath—those who feel deeply and seek meaning through shared human experience. Our platform blends storytelling, conversation, and artistic collaboration to create transformative spaces for personal growth and collective understanding. Current initiatives include a thought-provoking podcast series, dynamic in-person events, and curated merchandise, each intentionally designed to amplify diverse voices and inspire meaningful change.
Born from my own journey of resilience, this vision is deeply personal—a reflection of both the challenges I have faced and the triumphs I have achieved. Every obstacle became an opportunity to strengthen my resolve, fueling my commitment to create spaces where authenticity leads and human connection thrives—one honest feeling at a time.
